Why we choose this cleaning towel? How to choose a towel or cleaning towels that suitable for your own use, Let me explain.

First of all, the material of microfiber towel and cleaning towel can be divided into: 100% polyester, 70% polyester 30% polyamide, 80% polyester 20% polyamide, 85% polyester 15% polyamide, 85% polyester 15% polyamide. 

If you want to save cleaning time and cost, I suggest you choose 80% polyester 20% polyamide cleaning towel (the actual composition is about 88% polyester 12% polyamide).

Except 70% polyester 30% polyamide, it has better water absorption performance than other materials. 

Due to large market usage, the production cost is relatively cheap. 

It has super ability to absorb dirt and moisture, which can save your working time. 

And it can be machine washed more than 100 times and save money for you. 

Why the material containing more nylon has better water absorption? 

In the dyeing process, the cleaning towel containing nylon needs to be alkalized once. 

Through this process, the fiber structure of nylon can be changed and make its fiber structure rougher and increase the specific surface area of the fiber. In this process, the polyester fiber does not change. 

Although they are all made of microfiber, nylon fiber becomes rougher and can absorb more dirt and moisture than polyester fiber, and make the product softer. However, it also has a disadvantage, because the surface becomes rough, the color fastness of dyeing will decline. If you dye it to dark color or use it for printing, its color fastness will be very poor compared with polyester products. 

Therefore, we suggest you choose light color products; it can also reduce the environmental burden of producing it. 

For example, to produce a ton of light color microfiber fabric, you need to use about 60 tons of water and hundreds of grams of chemical dyes. 

If produce a ton of dark color microfiber fabrics, such as black, dark blue, dark red and so on, more than 100 tons of water and dozens of kilograms of chemical dyes may be used. There may be color faded in dark color towels. 

In order to avoid trouble to you and us, and reduce the burden on our planet, I hope you can choose light color microfiber towels. 

Of course, in addition to this product, we can also provide you with other kinds of towels. 

For example, if you use a cleaning towel to wipe greasy objects, and do not reuse it, I suggest you use ultrasonic cut and thinner polyester cleaning towel. 

The market price of polyester products with the same weight is more than 10% cheaper than that of polyester and polyamide products. 

In order to reduce the environmental pollution during production, we compress the water used to the limit in dyeing process. 

To produce a ton of fabric, only tens of kilograms of water and hundreds of grams of chemical dyes are used. 

However, due to our limited techniques, we can only provide you with 5 colors now. 

We might say that it is the most environmentally friendly product in microfiber cleaning towels. 

Choice of microfiber cleaning towel fabric technology

Generally, microfiber cleaning fabrics are divided into warp knitted and weft knitted fabrics. 

The structure of warp knitted fabric is more firm. It uses two bottom yarns as the basis to weave terry. 

Warp knitted microfiber cleaning towel is not easy to deform and be torn.

The weft knitted fabric uses one bottom yarn, which is elastic when stretched longitudinally, but feels softer than warp knitted microfiber cleaning towel. 

The useful bottom yarn is made of polyester. 

The nylon content of weft knitted microfiber fabric is higher than that of warp knitted one. 

By the way, the price of nylon raw materials is higher than that of polyester raw materials. 

The longer the terry, the higher content the nylon.

If you want to choose a cost-effective and durable cleaning towel, please use a towel without napping. 

Its fiber structure is complete and not easy to be worn. 

If you want to make it more absorbent and soft, you can choose a long terry cleaning towel, such as cleaning the floor, kitchen, tableware, furniture, etc. 

If you want to make your cleaning work easier, please choose the brushed microfiber cleaning towel or microfiber coral velvet cleaning towel. 

After the surface terry is polished, the fiber tissue will break, increasing the water absorption and softness and reducing its service life. 

The towel of microfiber coral velvet fabric is cut and fluffed once. 

It is more suitable for electronic products, glass, and automobile polishing and so on.
