Due to the high cost of plate making, you need to pay about 2000 US dollars for plate making. If you don't buy in bulk, we don't recommend you to customize the pattern production.
In order to solve these problems, we have prepared several designs and actual production samples, which can be provided to customers.
In addition, the background color and printing color can be freely matched, so it is difficult to determine the color of the overlapping part when printing other colors on the background color fabric except for the white fabric. Actual samples need to be made to ensure your color design requirements. Generally, the proofing fee is about 300 US dollars.
The production method of heat transfer embossing will not affect the functionality of microfiber.But if you want to print with a fabric containing nylon yarn, the color fastness of the product will be reduced, because nylon is not easy to be dyed.
